Aluminium Composite

The Aluminium Composite panel is a light-weight composite sandwich panel, consisting of pre-finished, coated aluminium skins, over a polymer core. There are a range of colour options to choose from. Contact Lifestyle Laser on (02) 4971 5923.

Aluminum

Aluminium is a light-weight metal that needs colour added. The best method of colouring aluminium is through powder coating, which is available in a multitude of colours. 

Use: Suitable for both interior or exterior applications

Thickness: 1.6mm, 2mm and 3mm

Finish options: Raw or with a powder-coated colour

Sizes available: 600 x 1200mm, 1200 x 1200mm, 1800 x 1200mm, 2400 x 1200mm

Custom sizes are available up to 3000 x 1500mm upon request

Cor-ten ®

Cor-ten® (Rusting Steel) is a high-strength steel, ideal for long-term outdoor installation. When exposed to the weather, Cor-ten ® forms an attractively natural surface rust. Though it is most popular for exterior application, it is also suitable for interior application.

Mild Steel

Mild steel is the most common type of steel. It is hard and not brittle and suitable for both interior and exterior applications. A powder-coated finish provides best long-term results for mild steel screens and gates.

PVC

PVC is a light- weight and cost effective material that is made with a polymer foam core. PVC has near zero moisture absorption and is self extinguishing meaning it will not rot. PVC is a cost effective option for both internal and external privacy and decorative screen applications. PVC is available in white only.

Perspex

Perspex® Acrylic is a widely used highly versatile plastic. It can be used in many cases because of its outstanding weather ability, long lifespan and excellent clarity. Perspex® Acrylic sheets are available in many colours, tints and surface textures such as frost or non reflective.

Use: Suitable for both interior and exterior applications

Weathertex

Weathertex is our most popular material. Weathertex is made from reconstituted, compressed hardwood from the Weathertex® brand. It is made from 97% timber and 3% natural wax. This material is both affordable and practical, it does not contain any VOC. Weathertex is suitable for both interior and exterior applications and comes with a 7 year warranty against rotting, splitting or cracking. It is available in both a smooth finish or a “woodsman” emboss on one side, which had a rough tree like grain. For added UV protection Weathertex  can be finished with a Jarrah or Charcoal Sealer. Weathertex can also be painted to suit your space.
